In Okinawa farmers are called as Harusa and fisherman as Uminchu.
You will enjoy locally hand-picked vegetables of the day from the local, fresh fish from Okinawa Port, and Ie beef and black pork from Ie Island.
Sendan uses home grown vegetables and from owned farm in the local.
Ie beef is brought from Ie Island where the chef’s best friend have raised with at most care.
Fresh seafood is brought from Churaumi.
Chef Oshiro cooks out of these seasonal and fresh produces that suit the climate of the day.
